Karen Kingston appeared on our former TV show, ReFounding America, on Brighteon.com in March1 and then April2 of 2023. We liked and admired her, and I recall that she was a powerful reformer but not yet feeling the confidence that I encouraged her to have. She was coming up with new and important questions and information3 about the science and politics surrounding COVID, and exploring what seem like forbidden areas, such as nanoparticles.
Like many people, Karen was unnerved by Robert Malone’s attacks on good members of the health freedom movement, by his threats to use lawsuits, and by his $25 million lawsuit against us.
Ginger and I last spoke to Karen Kingston on Zoom, on July 23rd, 2023. We had scheduled an hour radio interview with her. Karen was coughing as she signed onto the interview, declaring that she was in Florida at a newly leased apartment that had either been sprayed by an exterminator or someone was poisoning her, and she didn’t know whom to trust. She said she had to get out of that apartment and couldn’t do the interview. We urged her to take care of herself as she signed off. Although we texted her later to ask how she was and to offer any assistance, we did not hear back from her.
Also, on July 23rd, Karen published her substack titled “Unlocked: The Intelligent and Brave Have Been Waiting for this Weapon.”4 In it, she declared:
If we don’t stop the use of mRNA nanoparticle technologies NOW, our family lineage will end with those who are alive today or born in the next 5 years.
You can’t win a war if don’t know what weapons are being used against you. The weapons causing the greatest amount of harm to American adults and children today are engineered nanoparticles, specifically COVID-19 nanoparticle injections that government agencies refer to as ‘vaccines.’
We know the World Health Organization plans on deploying another PHEIC (public health emergency of international concern) and mandating the deployment and administration of nanoparticle bioweapon injections into the arms of billions of global civilians.
As Americans, what do we do?! How do we stop this ongoing criminal experimentation disabling our friends and family and destroying of our posterity?
The answer is simple. It’s not easy, but it’s simple. Remove the weapons from our communities. Empower and mobilize law enforcement to remove the COVID-19 nanoparticle injections from your county starting with this DEMAND letter. Every law enforcement authority across America has the authority to remove the COVID-19 nanoparticle injections from every community.
Malone admits that his goal is not to stop a particular person from defaming him; it is to cause a general “chilling effect,” which he has already achieved by throwing the fear of being sued into the health freedom movement. Is Karen Kingston, in part, a victim of that “chilling effect?”
In the same Substack, Malone makes this accusation about me: “(Note that Dr. Breggin has told a colleague of mine that his attacks are not personal, but rather that I have to be taken out politically because Peter McCullough is the “true leader”).” First, I would not use language about “taking out” someone. Second, other than the language, it is my opinion that one of Malone’s first actions was to try to “take out” Peter McCullough, and indeed he continues to do so in this Substack. And, like many others, I did believe that Peter McCullough was the leader of the health freedom movement at the time Malone appeared among us. Malone’s own list in the Substack of all the people he is attacking does indeed include many additional leaders of the movement.
Malone is Still Suing Peter Breggin, MD, Ginger Breggin, and Dr. Jane Ruby
Dr. Robert Malone is not seeking either peace, unity, or freedom of expression. Malone is still actively pursuing the $25 million dollar lawsuit against me and Ginger, and Dr. Jane Ruby, for saying things we had and still have a First Amendment right to say about him. Regarding me, he made up five of his allegations. I had never said what he accused me of saying. And ironically, even the statements he made up by me did not meet the tests for defamation. They were perfectly acceptable criticisms of him, opinions of mine that I would have a right to voice, which I had not done.
The current status of the Malone suit, in summary, is that Malone held his original complete complaint over our heads for several months before he served us, activating the suit. We responded to his complaint. But soon after, without ever responding to our original defense, Malone simply entered a revised complaint which we then had to respond to again. Right now, Malone’s amended complaint13 and our response to it14 are under consideration by the judge. As we have already noted, Dr. Malone claims many thought leaders in the freedom movement are attacking him; he reiterates that in his column, naming many names. And there are others that he does not name. The oldest trick in the book is to point your finger at your opponent and claim that ‘they started it.’ All of us who are or have been parents are familiar with that technique. Remember the “defense” of ‘he did it, not me!’ when reading Dr. Malone’s column. And ask yourself if there is a single other source that most of the disruption appears to be coming from. Do you know or have you read anyone other than Malone who claims to be the victim of so many attacks from so many people and who is, in fact, working so hard to intimidate and ridicule so many leading people in the health freedom movement?
