Dear Readers, in this post I am going to discuss the new developments at HHS. First, you may have seen this press release from HHS, published yesterday. HHS Launches Agency-Wide Actions to Strengthen Vaccine Injury Research, Reporting, and Patient Care. OK, sounds wonderful, like “we are winning, at last!”
Some of this is, indeed, good news, because even the fact that there is an official program of some sort with words “vaccine” and “injury” in the same sentence is good news. For one, it’s going to help cases filed against forced mandates, such as the work of Free Now Foundation which I urge you to support. Having said this, let’s look critically into what is really being done and not done by Bobby’s HHS.
I might have mentioned this historical anecdote to you before: in the colonial India, the British government offered bounty for dead cobras. The Indian villagers started bringing lots of dead cobras and collecting cash rewards. The government agents soon realized that the enterprising villagers set up cobra breeding facilities for this purpose. The British abandoned the bounty. The villagers released the cobras. The moral of the story - you get more of what you pay for.
Now, after 5 years injecting 3/4 of the US population with mRNA poison, including 7 million children under Bobby’s watch alone (!) the the HHS is setting up a whole new agency to study how much harm they are causing with vaccines. Metrics are important when you have some ambitious goals of reducing the population’s life expectancy! The HHS press release linked above states the following:
NIH Opens Clinic for Patient Care and Research
On October 5, NIH opened a new clinic dedicated to studying and caring for patients experiencing health problems following vaccination. HHS and NIH leaders marked the opening with a ribbon-cutting ceremony at NIH’s Bethesda campus.
The clinic brings specialized patient care and scientific investigation together, allowing NIH clinicians and researchers to evaluate patients, study their experiences,investigate potential causes, and identify better approaches to care. By connecting patients directly with clinicians and researchers, NIH will expand access to evaluation and care while advancing scientific understanding of health problems reported following vaccination.
Wait! rewind a bit…
What the heck? A “vaccine injury” clinic is going to “investigate potential causes”??? What is a “potential cause” of VACCINE INJURY? I believe the above statement reveals the whole charade. Even worse - despite videos circulating on social media showing Bobby cutting the ribbon, and parading with vaccine victims for PR, no actual “clinic” seems to exist:

The next point of the HHS press release is an encouraging one (please don’t say I am always critical):
CMS proposes the reimbursement policy to reduce barriers to physician reporting and encourage health care professionals to document suspected adverse events following vaccination.
I think this is a good development, based on the principle “you get what you pay for”. However, no details are provided. No CPT code, no amount of reimbursement, and it’s not clear how this reimbursement would compare to other codes physicians bill for. Let’s wait for those details before celebrating a fake MAHA victory.
The following article was published in Science magazine, explaining this new program. Let’s review. The HHS/NIH spokespeople quoted in Science clearly acknowledge that vaccines overall and mRNA vaccines are causing severe harm. This is evident throughout the article based on the quotes from various people incl. NIH staff, even those who are pro-vaccine. Specifically, here are some examples:
- Danice Hertz, a retired physician who became a patient advocate after developing long-term side effects from COVID-19 vaccination. Nobody says she is lying about this.
- “It’s really laudable,” Kathryn Edwards, a pediatrician at Vanderbilt University, says of the effort. “But if it’s not done in a scientific way it will be more antivaccine propaganda.” Ok, this person is clearly pro vaccines, but finds this program “laudable”, i.e. she admits there are real vaccine harms!
- It is mentioned that in a 2025 report by the White House’s Make America Healthy Again Commission, which Kennedy chairs, it stated that “NIH will investigate vaccine injuries. Again, they are not saying injuries are imaginary and not true, i.e. everyone admits they are real.
- “…but the NIAID committee’s slide presentation, which Science has seen, focuses heavily on symptoms related to COVID-19 vaccination”. Another admission of real, non-imaginary harm.
- “The myriad reactions to vaccines are collectively known as postvaccination syndrome (PVS)”… admission that not only the harms are real, but there’s a “myriad” of them!
- As to what this new agency will study: “Focusing on people who developed the heart condition myocarditis after vaccination, for instance, might be a good starting point.” - Here, we are in the Nuremberg territory already. Why do they need to “focus” on myocarditis? This severe, potentially lethal harm is already explicitly on the product label! It has been studied by the FDA and found to be real! No more “study” (i.e. experimentation on humans with known harmful substances) is needed at all.
- “Hertz hopes the study asks questions about mRNA vaccines in particular: where the mRNA encoding spike protein goes in the body, how long cells continue to produce spike protein, and the mRNA’s specific effects on human physiology. NIH Director Jay Bhattacharya noted similar outstanding questions in an op-ed last year.”
The “let’s study harm” proposals are particularly infuriating - everything listed above are obligations of the manufacturer to determine BEFORE injecting a billion people, and the FDA has an obligation to hold/object to the approval if this hasn’t been done! The FDA has numerous enforcement powers to take the product off the market until this is done. They are admitting the key parts of data that are required for biologics licensing don’t exist? Why are the FDA people who are responsible not punished by Kennedy? Why are the manufacturers who are violating biologics licensing law for 4 years are allowed to do so? Rhetorical questions. My readers know why.
Why should we spend more taxpayers money on these “studies”? The manufacturers have not fulfilled a single “postmarket” commitment that they were also obligated to do by law, and was specified in their BLA licensing since 2021?
Furthermore, if any prospective studies are proposed as a requirement to “determine harm” - this is hugely unethical. Given all the admissions of harm already caused by these shots, no independent IRB should be approving a study design where known harmful product is offered to clinical trial participants. It is unethical to enroll people in such trials. People are not experimental animals, this was already determined at Nuremberg. While the US never made Nuremberg code into law (I wonder why...another rhetorical question) it is unethical to conduct clinical trial where there is a clear record that the product causes harm in unpredictable ways, and people cannot be screened out somehow from getting harmed, i.e. an unmitigated risk.
Finally, as we discuss in this letter, Kennedy can terminate the PREP Act declaration any minute, and then the mRNA shots will magically become subject to biologics licensing law. Right now they are shielded by the PREP Act and people are being lied about this.
In conclusion, I would like to say that “studying harm” is a borderline Nuremberg matter. This is what has been done in both Nazi concentration camps and in the US “research” facilities (including prisons, military camps and various installations in academia) that Paperclipped those criminals into cushy government “science” posts, just like Ms. Brenner will be occupying now.
Funding and studying anything makes more of that thing, because money only incentivizes more of what it’s paid for. If it’s studying autism - you will have more autism, not less of it. If it’s studying cancer - more cancer will be had. In ethical science, we do not “study harm”, we work to prevent harm: all products are deemed dangerous and prohibited from market until demonstrated safe (with numerous caveats - risk characterization, exclusions, counterindications, drug interactions, etc. etc.) If something is KNWON HARMFUL - it’s monstrous to keep injecting it into millions of people, keep it on childhood schedule, while promising to study harm at taxpayers expense.
Finally, while profiteering from “studying harm”, Bobby’s HHS is funneling mega billions to more “pandemic” poisoning, and rewarding some covid war criminals with new cushy posts:
For example, here’s Sarah Brenner (FDA, photo above) admitting she protected herself from mRNA harm while lying to other pregnant women and causing worldwide death of babies and harms to young women who wanted to be mothers of healthy children. She was rewarded for this feat with a new lucrative post and a gigantic budget to do more of the same!
