We built our own "Censorship-Resistant" Platform
Dear Subscribers,
We had a BIG week this week (last week since this is going out on Monday!;-) We left Substack LOUDLY! We exposed how (and why!) Substack is censoring the Art of Liberty Foundation to cover up the illegitimacy and criminality of “government” and the theft of trillions through inflation, confiscatory taxation, and Social Security underpayment.
In four years, we had amassed almost 10,000 subscribers on Substack. Our audience was doubling and almost tripling year-over-year, with hundreds of paid subscribers. Last year, we earned over $14,000 annually from Substack and were set to double (or triple!) again... More folks than ever restacked and reposted our articles, recommended our Substack, and syndicated our content on platforms off Substack!
We hired a full-time employee to help us with our Daily News wire and maintain the site, and a part-time employee to help with customer service since we were shipping so many books as perks for joining our stacks. As far as I can tell, we pioneered giving physical perks to Substack subscribers!
In July of 2025, we began to get censored and shadow-banned on the platform; Substack stopped sending out many of our articles, censored people commenting positively about us, and other shenanigans. At the same time, we believe they began algorithmically promoting controlled-opposition voices, time wasters, and even what appeared to be AI-generated authors/content.
We decided to build our own publishing platform where we could never be censored again! It took us five months and $20,000 $25,000 to build! We wanted to make sure that no one could stop us from exposing the MOST IMPORTANT INFORMATION IN THE WORLD:

We think this was a HUGE hit on Substack, as it is widely exposing HOW platforms like Substack algorithmically censor important information while algorithmically promoting controlled opposition voices and time wasters. Remember: The magician can ONLY fool the audience until someone explains how the magician is pulling the trick. We just did that to Substack, and unlike most articles that die on Substack in 1-2 days, this one keeps getting shared organically and keeps racking up views at 6,487+ and growing…even with Substack not allowing people to restack the article.

Voluntaryism in Italy!
Julie and I attended the Bìgoliamo Pasta Festival in Padua, Italy this weekend. It is an amazing community event! Hundreds of volunteers come together to help the Opera della Provvidenza Sant’Antonio (OPSA), which helps the disabled and the elderly, in a three-day festival of traditional Italian fare, from cuttlefish to roasted duck to bìgoi al torcio, a Venetian pasta extruded through a hand press, supplied by the Confraternita dei Bigoi al Torcio di Limena,a non-profit which keeps traditional Italian food alive.
Over three days, volunteers, including some of the city’s biggest soccer players, hand-cranked pasta while others cooked the pasta, marinara, duck sauce, roasted ducks, and desserts. It looks like many leading businesses provide everything from beer to ingredients for free. Some volunteers served food, some tended the bar, some brought their instruments and played, some sang, and everyone had a good time.
Saturday night we danced the night away, and our favorite dance was a community dance where you started with one partner and then kept switching partners, so you ended up dancing with what seemed like half the ladies in town (or gentlemen if you were a lady).
It was such a good time, and the food was so amazing we brought some Italian friends back the next day! I tried to find statistics on how much was raised last year but only found that in 2024, the first year of the festival, they served 1,572 plates of Bigoli over the three days. It looked like they were serving that on a single day in 2026! The line stretched through the tent and out the other side!
I was explaining voluntaryism to my Italian friend and remarked what a superb and innovative idea the festival was to help the disabled and the elderly!
I further explained that the way you know an idea to help the world is dumb, stupid, and immoral is that it requires that people be robbed at gunpoint, where the “government” gets to redistribute the proceeds!

The Scam of Substack - Executive Summary
The scam of Substack, in a nutshell, was to create a “honeypot“ to attract truth-tellers exposing “government” corruption and criminality who had already been demonetized and censored on every other platform with the promise of earning revenue from subscriptions. For a while, Substack allowed these authors to grow organically. Our own growth on Substack was doubling and coming close to tripling year-over-year until someone flipped the switch in July of 2025, when we (and MANY OTHERS!) saw our revenue and organic growth crater at the same time that Substack began “masturbating” us with fake accounts, censoring comments from Substack readers pointing to our work, and simply not publishing many of our articles even though we had hundreds and hundreds PAID subscribers who were paying Substack to deliver them.

WASHINGTON — Some immigrants detained at Florida’s now-shuttered “Alligator Alcatraz” were confined in outdoor cages only slightly larger than telephone booths for more than an hour at a time, according to a new report by the Department of Homeland Security’s inspector general.

Crude oil prices popped on Sunday after Saudi Arabia closed its critical pipeline that bypasses the Strait of Hormuz.
U.S. West Texas Intermediate futures were up 3.46% to $103.51 per barrel by 4:56 a.m. ET. Brent crude, the international benchmark, traded 3.51% higher to $108.28 per barrel.
Drones launched from Iraq damaged the East-West pipeline on Thursday, forcing the Saudi government to close the key crude oil artery. Riyadh has not disclosed how badly the pipeline is damaged or how long it will remain shut.
A diplomatic meeting between Iran and the Gulf Arab states to discuss the situation in Hormuz, originally scheduled to take place Monday in Oman, was abruptly postponed after the pipeline attack.

While people around the U.S. are tearing down Flock cameras, one group of hackers went a step further: extracting the camera’s software too.
Hackers ripped down a Flock camera above a roadway, made a near-complete copy of the data stored inside it, and shared the files with 404 Media and WIRED, revealing in new detail how exactly Flock Safety’s cameras track the movements of both vehicles and people. The hackers say they are also publishing details on how they managed to obtain the software, in the hopes that other people may copy them.
The breach provides an unprecedented look inside a system that Flock has described as protected by on-device encryption. The hackers were able to copy the camera’s storage and recover an encryption key stored on the device, which unlocked videos of thousands of vehicle detections. The hackers shared the material with 404 Media and the transparency nonprofit Distributed Denial of Secrets, which shared the data with WIRED. 404 Media and WIRED then analyzed those files as part of a joint investigation.

American progressives continue to advocate for a Medicare for All system, pointing to the Old Continent as a utopian model of universal access to health care. However, in Europe, systems in which the state functions as both direct provider and single-payer monopolist continue to fail.
Contrary to the narrative pushed by certain political circles, Europeans are increasingly adopting private health insurance. The structural flaws in countries that double down on centralized, state-run models show notable consistencies: swelling waiting lists, health care professionals fleeing a public sector constrained by rigid salary scales, and a systemic inability to allocate resources where they are needed most.
In the United Kingdom, whose famous National Health Service (NHS) served as the inspiration for public systems across Europe, roughly 71% of adults now say they would consider using private health care. Meanwhile, more than half of adults aged 35 to 44 expect to do so within the next year, a direct result of record-breaking waiting lists. In England, there are about 7 million people waiting for hospital treatment. The statutory promise of treatment within 18 weeks has failed consistently since 2016, and more than a third of emergency room patients wait more than four hours, a delay linked to estimates of over 1,300 excess deaths per month.

Try this on for size: Massachusetts law restricts cooperation with Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE). Part of the justification for this, they say, is avoiding “family separation.” Yet the same state has just separated a family — stealing a daughter from her parents. And why?
After the girl’s school “socially transitioned” her without her parents’ knowledge or consent, the devout Catholic couple objected. In thrall to “transgender” ideology, Massachusetts then kidnapped the girl, insisting that her “transition” must be supported.
In other words, it’s problematic to transition an illegal alien back to his home country. But you must “transition” your daughter into a boy if she suffers from the delusion she should be male. (This is despite such a transformation’s impossibility.)

Conservatives want to limit government far more than statists/leftists do. However, they are still haunted by the specter of the eighteenth century: they still believe that “some” government is necessary to escape the “insecurity” of the “state of nature.” And they tend to be in favor of law and order generally.
