Most people don’t realize that she was an admitted CIA agent who took money from the CIA’s International Organizations Division, run by Cord Meyer. Its whole function was manufacturing “independent” civil-society vehicles funded through pass-through foundations so the money appeared to be private.
The CIA was caught running a daisy-chain of dummy foundations (Borden Trust, Price Fund, Edsel Fund, Beacon Fund, Kentfield Fund), which funded the Independence Foundation, run out of the Boston law firm Hale & Dorr, which then funded the Independent Research Service and the National Student Association.

Last year, Popular Information broke the news that on October 3, 2025, U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) abruptly stopping paying third parties for medical care provided to detainees. Third-party providers are used to provide “medically necessary” care including “dialysis, prenatal care, oncology, [and] chemotherapy,” according to ICE.
Prior to that date, payment for medical care for ICE detainees was processed by the Department of Veterans Affairs (VA). But the VA “abruptly and instantly terminated“ its agreement with ICE after the arrangement, which dated to the George W. Bush administration, drew criticism from right-wing activists. The activists falsely claimed that undocumented immigrants were siphoning resources from veterans. Actually, ICE was fully reimbursing the VA for the service.

WASHINGTON, D.C. — Americans’ perceptions of government corruption in the U.S. are at their highest level in 20 years, with 89% of U.S. adults saying it is widespread. That figure is up 10 percentage points from last year and well above readings in the 72% to 79% range between 2010 and 2025.
Democrats’ perceptions of government corruption have risen the most sharply since 2024 compared with other party groups. In former President Joe Biden’s final year in office, 57% of Democrats said corruption was widespread in government; that rose to 76% in 2025, the first year of President Donald Trump’s second term, and reached 91% this year. The figure among political independents (90%) aligns more closely with Democrats’ than with Republicans’ (83%) and is up 12 points since 2024.

Taxpayers spent $65 billion on health insurance premiums for people who either didn’t exist or didn’t qualify for benefits in two federal programs in 2024, according to an Aug. 26 report from Paragon Health Institute.
Expanded Medicaid and Obamacare, the signature programs of the Affordable Care Act, improperly enrolled a combined 14.3 million people that year, researchers concluded.
Expanded Medicaid allows states to enroll people making up to 138 percent of the federal poverty level, versus up to 100 percent for traditional Medicaid. That limit was about $35,600 for a family of three in 2024.

The Fed has quietly been doing Quantitative Easing since February. The pace of accumulation has slowed in recent months, and was even negative in August. When QE was turned back on, it was intended for purchases of Bills to keep liquidity high. As shown below, this is still happening with the Fed accumulating $29B of Bills in August. The net drop came from MBS and 5-10 year notes rolling off.

A DHS (Department of Homeland Security) document published recently reveals that ICE (U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement) is preparing to buy American robot design company Boston Dynamics’ SPOT robots, the four-legged machines commonly referred to as robot dogs.
The acquisition forecast, a tentative notice that alerts vendors of upcoming procurement needs, puts the deal’s value between $1 million and $2 million with a formal solicitation expected on September 4.
According to the document, the robots will handle inspection, situational awareness, and hazard assessment in places that put human personnel at risk. Officer safety is cited as the stated justification.

The latest autism survey revealed instantly why pediatricians haven’t connected the dots and made the association with vaccines and autism: the typical practice has too few cases! So that fact, combined with their medical school gaslighting that all vaccines are safe makes them blind to the problem.
The latest survey is shows that the rate of “rapid onset autism” (where the child develops normally and then has a sudden and dramatic regression) are rare: the current numbers are showing fewer than 10% of all autism cases.

A study submitted this year adds real weight to something many of us parents have been concerned about, and rightly so. This research study adds further evidence to the concern that the world’s most widely used herbicide may be quietly reshaping our children’s nervous systems.
Researchers from the Global Glyphosate Study, a multi-institutional research effort based at Italy’s Ramazzini Institute, just released a preprint, meaning the study has been submitted for publication but has not yet undergone formal peer review. The study examined what happens when rats are continuously exposed to glyphosate and two common commercial glyphosate-based herbicides—Roundup Bioflow and Ranger Pro—across three generations, beginning in the womb.
The doses used were not extreme. They ranged from the EU’s “acceptable daily intake” up to the EU’s “no observed adverse effect level,” in other words, doses that regulators currently consider safe. Doses of which many scientists and doctors have already been sounding alarms.

The opposition-led Legislative Yuan passed the six-year plan in a 60-50 vote, setting a spending cap of NT$240 billion (New Taiwan dollars), roughly $7.56 billion U.S. dollars, with additional funding allowed subject to legislative approval, Focus Taiwan reported. Lawmakers rejected the government’s competing NT$210 billion, roughly $6.6 billion, special-budget proposal, which would have supported the purchase of roughly 210,000 unmanned systems through 2031, according to the outlet.
“Taiwan’s massive investment in drones is incredibly important,” Zack Cooper, a national security analyst and senior fellow at the American Enterprise Institute, told the Daily Caller News Foundation. “The Ukraine War has demonstrated how vital these capabilities are on the modern battlefield.”

Mukesh Ambani’s Reliance Jio is opening its cloud PC service to any internet user in India, positioning it as a way to turn aging computers into AI-ready machines without hardware upgrades.
On Wednesday, Reliance Jio expanded JioPC, originally launched in July 2025, beyond its own broadband subscribers, making the service available as a stand-alone subscription to users with an internet connection, regardless of their telecom or broadband provider. The service streams a virtual PC from Jio’s cloud to an existing computer, with plans offering up to eight virtual CPUs, 16GB of RAM, and 1TB of storage.
Jio says the service can give even computers as old as eight years access to the computing power needed for modern AI applications, without users replacing their machines or installing new hardware. Plans start at ₹1,000 (about $11) for two months, while a 12-month subscription costs ₹4,000 (around $42) for 8GB of RAM and 500GB of storage, or ₹5,000 (about $53) for the 16GB and 1TB configuration.
