He was taking out about $3.5 million in hush money promised to a former student he had abused. At sentencing in 2016, he admitted abusing boys on the high school wrestling team he coached in Yorkville, Illinois, in the 1960s and ’70s. The judge called him a “serial child molester” and sentenced him to 15 months.  I am syndicating  this to show the quality of people being installed at the highest levels of political power in the US.
