Simplicius: Double Feature: Explosive Election Weekend (Russia & Germany) Comes With a Bang(1600+ Drone Attack on Moscow), Ends With a Whimper (For Globalists)!

An explosive election day across the globe.

Before the ‘shock’ of the Saxony-Anhalt state elections several weeks ago had time to wear off, Germany’s Berlin and Mecklenburg-Vorpommern round proceeded to deliver a double gut-punch to the Brussels-aligned establishment.

AfD again dominated in Mecklenburg-Vorpommern, and though it was to be expected it nonetheless caused another round of shock waves through the fretting German state:

The ruling CDU party plunged by around 8% from the ~13% it enjoyed the last time. In fact, CDU has now fallen below the 5% threshold to even be represented in the state parliament at all, which means they will not be accorded even a single seat. This has never before happened to the party in any state election; an historic downfall.

Meanwhile, in Berlin the leftwing Die Linke party secured victory, likewise crushing the CDU which had dominated in the last outing. The failed Reichskanzler Friedrich Merz stood whey-faced and deflated as he miserably declared a day of disaster:

‘Tis what the Faustian BlackRock Bargain brings you, Herr Reichskanzler.

Let us all take a moment to mock and jeer at the most disgraced leader in German history. Point to your screen, and enjoy a hearty laugh at the pinched and prune-like aspect of the abject nincompoop.

The ex-BlackRock banker and Trilateral Commission stooge has the lowest approval rating of any leader in German history. The reviled abomination who has brought his country to the brink of ruin has now announced his refusal to do the honorable thing and resign, instead choosing to continue his wretched scut work of wringing out the German taxpayer for his globalist paymasters just a little while longer.

It is one of the main reasons the focus on 2027 as pivotal year is being fronted so heavily by globalists. It is when war with Russia must commence in order to save these rotten occupied Euro-regimes from total downfall, and deflect the populace’s boiling ire toward a false enemy, rather than the true enemy within.

2027 happens to be the year of the next momentous European federal election—that of France, and though Germany’s is officially slated for 2029 there’s no small chance that it could come much sooner, after Merz’s festering regime collapses into itself like a piece of termite-eaten deadwood.

At the same time, Russia held its own legislative elections for the State Duma. Never one to let an opportunity go to waste, the ever-wily Bankova narco-goblin saved up the motherlode of all drone swarms for the occasion in order to:

1. Disrupt the elections as much as possible, while attempting to humiliate Putin
2. To try and discredit the idea of wartime elections to subversively legitimize his own expired presidency, which continues to reject calls for a democratic vote

Zelensky likely felt that if he could disrupt Russian elections it would give credence to his own shady argument that Ukraine should not hold elections during wartime because it is too risky or dangerous.

But Russia roundly disproved this conjecture by shooting down 99% of what may just have been the largest drone swarm in history, if we are to believe the numbers given by Moscow’s own Mayor Sobyanin on his official TG channel:

The most massive attack by enemy drones on Moscow has been repelled. Since yesterday, more than 1600 drones have been intercepted across all fronts, including 450 approaching Moscow. Thank you to the air defense forces for their selfless work. Nevertheless, several drones did reach the territory of the Moscow Oil Refinery, and one hit a residential building. There were no fatalities.

This unprecedented attack was clearly planned to disrupt the elections, but the enemy failed.

The Russian MOD’s official channel listed an even greater number for the 24-hour period—1,950 drones in total which were shot down, implying an even greater number that were launched:

❗️ In an attempt to disrupt the democratic expression of citizens of the Russian Federation in the State Duma elections of the Federal Assembly of the Russian Federation, the Kyiv regime, during the period of September 19th and 20th of this year, launched an attempt at a massive attack on the territory of the Russian Federation using unmanned aerial vehicles (UAVs) and "Flamingo" cruise missiles.

▫️ Thanks to the skillful actions of anti-aircraft missile units, mobile fire groups, as well as crews of fighter and army aviation, over the course of 24 hours, 1951 attack UAVs and eight long-range cruise missiles were shot down over Russian regions. Another cruise missile launched by the enemy deviated from its course and crashed in an uninhabited area.

▫️ Moreover, all the "Flamingo" missiles launched by the Kyiv regime were destroyed by Russian air defense systems as they approached civilian targets in the Moscow region. The attempt at a massive attack on Moscow failed. The enemy did not achieve its goals.

Multiple outlets reported that amongst the mass drone swarms, Ukraine even finally used its Iskander-copy ballistic missile for the first time in an alleged attempt to hit Moscow with it:

Later reports clarified that the “Pelican” mentioned by Zelensky was infact a winged drone and not a missile. It’s hard to know for sure—perhaps after the new wunderwaffen was shot down they simply changed the story to avert embarrassment. Certainly the newly developed ballistic missile would be ideally used during the largest possible saturation swarm when Russia’s anti-ballistic defenses would be at their most overwhelmed.

Either way, the few drones that got through managed to again hit the refinery at Moscow’s outskirts, which gave Zelensky and his cronies a long-needed frisson of euphoric joy:

Recall what we had just written in the very last report regarding Ukraine’s drone strikes—a swarm of 900 would cost about $50 million, which is more than 25% of Ukraine’s entirely daily war expenditures ($190M). That means a swarm of ~2,000+ as occurred today would have cost Zelensky no small fortune: perhaps over half a day’s wartime budget.

Recall that Zelensky himself last month admitted that the entire 2026 budget had been squandered on useless drone strikes in the first part of the year:

Thus, it’s important to understand that these Kvartal 95 special-FX spectacles meant to create tableaus of crisis in Russia’s capital end up inducing massive costs to the Ukrainian state, which must then be urgently covered by European taxpayers after further rounds of hand-out begging by Zelensky.

As for the Russian elections, the ruling United Russia party won handily, as was expected, with the Communist Party of Russia getting second place:

Russian State Duma elections, the first exit polls indicate that the ruling party, United Russia, is leading with 49.4% of the vote according to a VCIOM poll and 52.8% according to an INSOMAR poll.
The Communist Party came in second place with 14.2% -14.8%, followed by LDPR with 10.7% - 9,9%, New People with 9.7% - 8,6% and A Just Russia with 6,6% - 5,5%.
Final participation rate was reported above 56%.

Now the only hope left for Zelensky is a newly announced Trump meeting for next week, wherein Zelensky will try to press for a ceasefire and more funds, while Trump will likely reprimand the Kiev shyster for destabilizing global fuel prices. In the end, it will come to naught, and things will resume their merry trends.

Naturally, rumors now foreshadow a massive Russian reprisal attack on Kiev in the next 72 or so hours. Zelensky will have his hands full explaining to his citizenry how the imminent destruction he has sown upon them was worth the temporary shut-down of a single Russian refinery.
